TIe Guan Yin Toppest

Named after an iron statue of Guanyin, the Buddha for enlightenment, compassion and love, this premium variety of Oolong Tea was first cultivated in Anxi County in the 18th century. The leaves are lightly oxidised before rolling to seal in the aromas and flavour. Tie Guanyin is in the Top 10 of Chinese teas and has a long-lasting aroma of orchids and can be infused many times.
