BAI MUDAN (WHITE PEONY)
A lovely white tea from Fujian Province in China consisting of the leaf shoot and two connecting leaves. It has a fuller flavour than Silver Needle and the delicate floral scent of fresh peonies emerge when infused. Lovely flavour and aroma.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80°C for 4 to 5 minutes
