Gunpowder Pinhead green tea leaves are rolled into balls to protect them from damage and to retain flavour, the balls resembling gunpowder. Infusing produces a light, smooth liquor without acidity. Excellent every day green tea at an affordable price.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes
