GYOKURO ASAHI

Translated as Jade Dew; the finest Japanese green tea from the Asahi bush, shielded from the sun for 3 weeks before harvesting. Drink slowly to savour the distinctive sweet liquor
Storage  - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 85°C for 5 to 6 minutes
