Black tea blended with pieces of lemon peel, infuse to give a refreshingly lemon flavoured tea.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 90 to 100°C for 3 to 4 minutes
