MILK OOLONG
Milk Oolong, or Nai Xiang, is a true favourite of ours. It has a naturally occurring milky caramel aroma and taste. Never bitter, always deliciously refreshing.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 85 to 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes
