Pure peppermint leaves finely cut to allow the soothing flavour and aroma to quickly infuse. A clean and refreshingly minty liquor with a wonderful aroma renowned for aiding digestion and cleansing the palate.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes
